The Challenge theme for 2010 was "Remember When". The quilts were unveiled June 3, at the Hartsville Musuem, and were on display during the months of June, July, and August.

During the meeting, the guild members voted on Best Machine Work, Best Handwork, Best Art Quilt, Best Wall Hanging, Best Applique, Best Large Quilt, and Best Use of Theme.
The Best of Show award was given to the quilt that had the most over all votes.
Visitors of the museum also voted on their favorite quilt for the viewers choice award.
